Purpose
It is suggested that foam triangular strips are placed along the
balsa edges when ending the balsa core, so as to make the change
in thickness gradual. The tapered edge to the balsa helps terminate
the GRP laminate, save operator time, and produce a neat finish
to a balsa cored laminate.
